Guest Screening & Noise Control

As with any rental, there are risks that come with short term rentals. You may end up with undesirable guests who ignore all the house rules, cause deliberate damage or harm, and disrespect your neighbors with rude behavior or loud noises.

As your Airbnb host management service, we have put a three-fold system to minimize the risks caused by undesirable guests. Firstly, we conduct a screening for each guest prior to check-in to ensure that their rental record is clean and that they are likely to respect you, your property, and your neighbors. If there are any marks against their name, we will reject their reservation or cancel any that have already been made, dealing with any subsequent consequences on your behalf.

At each property, we also employ a 24/7 noise monitoring system. These systems measure the decibels produced on the property and alert us when levels reach a point that gives us cause for any concern. This way, we are able to respond and intervene quickly before there is any disturbance to neighbors or authorities.

As a final measure, we also carry insurance of up to $1 million per property. If despite the first two measures, there are guests who will cause damage and evade lawful measures to pay for damages, you can have peace of mind that you are well covered.
