We also set up noise monitoring systems on each property so that if decibels do rise above a certain level, our team is alerted to intervene immediately. This ensures that any potentially disruptive scenario is deescalated before there are neighborhood complaints or involvement by any authorities. Finally, in the unlikely case of unforeseen damages that could not be prevented through prior measures, we carry up to $1 million insurance for each property.
